Privacy policy

This policy explains how The Sanaé Method ("I", "me") collects and uses your personal information. The Sanaé Method is run by Zahraa, a nutritionist based in the UK, who is the data controller for the information you share. You can contact me at thesanaemethod.z@gmail.com.
What I collect
- Enquiries: your name, email, optional phone number and Instagram handle, your life stage, what you'd like help with, and anything else you choose to tell me.
- Clients: the information on your intake form and agreement, including health information such as conditions, medications, supplements, your cycle and your wellbeing scores.
- Payments: handled by my payment provider. I don't see or store your full card details.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and decide together whether I can help (your consent, and steps before a contract).
- To deliver your programme safely, including tailoring guidance to your health (our contract, and your explicit consent for health information).
- To keep records my professional insurance requires (legal and legitimate interests).
I never sell your information, and I won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts this website.
- FormSubmit delivers the enquiry form to my email inbox.
- Google provides my email account (Gmail).
- My payment provider processes payments.
Some of these services may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to working together are deleted within 12 months.
- Client records are kept securely for as long as my professional insurance requires, then deleted.
The client handouts
If you fill in your handouts online, your answers are saved only in your own web browser on your own device. They aren't sent to me or anyone else until you save them as a PDF and email them to me yourself. You can clear them at any time with the "Clear my answers" button.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing me at thesanaemethod.z@gmail.com.
