These terms apply when you book an Advice Call, the Sanaé Taster, the Sanaé Reset or Reset: Part 2 with The Sanaé Method, run by Zahraa. Programme clients also sign a client agreement before starting.

Nutrition guidance, not medical care

My services are nutrition guidance and education. They are not a medical diagnosis or treatment and don't replace your GP or specialist. Please tell me about any change in your health or medication while we work together. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Prices and payment

• Advice Call: £30.
• Sanaé Taster (2-week protocol): £70, paid in full.
• Sanaé Reset (6 weeks): £200 in full, or 2 payments of £100.
• Reset: Part 2 (6 weeks): £170 in full, or 2 payments of £85.

The Advice Call fee (£30) comes off the Sanaé Reset if you book it within 2 weeks of your call. Programmes are priced as one complete package. If you pay in two parts, the first is due before your first call and the second at the start of Week 4. By choosing two payments you agree to pay the full programme fee.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you book online or by phone, you can cancel within 14 days of booking. If you ask to start within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay only for what you've already received, such as your first call and any Notes sent, and the rest is refunded.

After 14 days

The full programme fee is due, and no refunds are given if you decide to stop. Your Notes, recipes and calls stay available to you for the length of your programme. If you need a break, you can pause once for up to two weeks, or switch to self-guided and receive your remaining Notes at once.

Missed payments

If your second payment doesn't go through, I'll contact you and send a new payment link. Notes and calls may pause until it is paid, and the balance remains due.

Calls and contact

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to move a call. Calls missed without notice aren't rebooked.
• I aim to reply to emails within 2–3 working days.

If I can't deliver

If I can't deliver part of your programme as described, you'll be offered a rescheduled session or a refund for that part.
